  • Being a member of The Helplines Partnership is of real importance to Turn2us. Not only does our membership demonstrate our commitment to providing a high quality service to the people we help, it is also means we are kept up to date with the latest policy changes we need to be aware of. The Helplines Partnership is more than just a professional membership body. It also delivers specialised training and recognises outstanding contributions in the industry through their Helpline Awards Programme. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend membership.

  • The Helplines Partnership has been absolutely crucial to the NSPCC Helpline - Childline as an individual organisation. It's provided us with help, advice, assistance and critically information about the industry and where it is going for the future as well. But also it provides a valuable opportunity to bring helplines together because helplines working together means that we can provide a wider more exacting support services for a range of very vulnerable individuals in our society which means helplines become a key component to safe-guarding the well-being of individuals right across the UK.
