  • Helpline Freephone Range (HFR)
    (Charities and Community Interest Companies only)
    A dedicated range of freephone numbers that are exclusively available for helplines. The numbers are free to call from landline and mobile phones within the UK and do not appear on itemised bills. They provide confidentiality to callers who may be at risk and reduce cost barriers which may prevent them from accessing helpline services
  • BT Payphone Access Charge Waiver (PAC)
    Members operating freephone numbers qualify for PAC. Any calls from BT payphones will not be charged to the helpline which represents a substantial saving for many members (voluntary sector members only)
