British Liver Trust
Support for anyone affected by a liver condition
The British Liver Trust Helpline offers information and publications to anyone affected by a liver condition. British Liver Trust services are confidential. Personal details will not be passed to anyone else without caller's express permission unless a staff member has concerns about safety in which case the Team may contact the appropriate emergency services. The helpline is not an emergency number and cannot give medical advice. The helpline advisor provides an information service only and is unable to access emergency care or talk to health professionals directly on any enquirer’s behalf. The British Liver Trust also facilitates patient and carer support groups across the country. Information leaflets and guides are available to download free from the website.
