Open training allows individuals from different organisations to attend and benefit from diverse perspectives. In-house training is customised and delivered for a specific organisation, providing a more personalised learning experience.
If you are interested in our in-house training, we offer a complimentary scoping call with one of our trainers. The session allows you to ask questions about the training content and learn more about Helplines Partnership. It’s also an opportunity for us to learn more about your organisation and training requirements, so we can tailor the training scenarios to your needs.
