Fees, Rewards & Terms

Rewards

We offer a 10% reward when members book three or more Virtual In-house or In-Person In-house training sessions within the same agreement.

Terms and Conditions of Reward: The reward can be used once within a 12 month rolling period. The reward cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward.

We offer organisations (member and non-member) booking 3 delegate places onto the same open training course a 10% discount on your booking.

We offer 10% off your booking when you book the following courses together:

  • Resilience & Wellbeing Package (Vicarious Trauma & Worker Wellbeing)
  • Beginners' Skills Package (Level 1 & Level 2 Helpline Skills)
  • Experienced Skills Package (Level 2 & Level 3 Helpline Skills)
  • Complete Skills Package (Level 1, 2 & 3 Helpline Skills)

Terms and Conditions: Package offers cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward. For open training, the booking must be for the same person on all courses. All courses must be booked at the same time.


Fees

The fees detailed below include the training session, resources such as workbooks and copies of the presentation. For standard courses, this also includes CPD certificates and 6 CPD points per course.

  • Bespoke and tailored training may incur additional admin fees.
  • In-person training will incur additional travel fees.

Open Training Terms & Conditions

Payment

Upon confirmation of booking, the organisation will receive an invoice for the full training fee (plus VAT if applicable). Payment is due upon invoice presentation. Full payment for each training session is required prior to the scheduled session date. If the payment is not received in full by this time, HLP reserves the right to defer the delegate’s booking to a later date until the invoice has been fully settled.

For last-minute bookings, there is a grace period of one week after the training date for full payment.

Cancellations

You may cancel a place without charge if you inform us in writing at least 5 calendar days before the event.

The full fee is payable for any cancellations within 5 calendar days of the event.

Transfers

You may transfer a place, without charge, to an alternative date as long as you inform us in writing at least 5 calendar days beforehand. Transfers within 5 calendar days will incur a full fee for both dates. All transfers are subject to availability.

You may transfer a place to a colleague at any stage, however you must provide us with notice beforehand.

Non-Attendance

If the delegate fails to attend on the day or is unable to attend the whole of the event for any reason the full fee is payable. The event booker from the organisation will also be made aware of non-attendance.

HLP Cancellations

In the event that we have to cancel a session; we will let you know as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

For in-person/virtual in-house training sessions please refer to your training agreement.


Intellectual Property

All worksheets and support materials circulated with our training courses remain copyright to HLP and must not be used outside HLP’s courses. Recording of training sessions is prohibited.
