Fees
The fees detailed below include the training session, along with any workbooks or other resources provided. For CPD-accredited courses, these costs also cover accreditation certificates.

Winter Promotion
We are excited to offer HLP Members an exclusive promotion for our open training courses. Members can now book any open training course taking place in November and December 2024 for just £99 per place.
*Terms and Conditions apply. The cost is £99 + VAT for open courses taking place in November and December 2024. The offer cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward. Available to HLP members only. Maximum of four delegates from any one organisation on each course date. Promotional launch date 11 October 2024. Bookings made prior to the launch date are not eligible for the promotional discount.
Rewards
We offer organisations (member and non-member) booking 3 delegate places onto the same open training course a 10% discount on your booking.
Terms and Conditions of Reward: The reward can be used once within a 12 month rolling period. The reward can be applied to a maximum of 3 bookings made on the same day. The reward cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward.
We offer a 10% reward when members book three or more Virtual In-house or In-Person In-house training sessions within the same agreement.

Member Loyalty Rewards
Two free delegate places on any Helplines Partnership open training courses of your choice.
Terms and Conditions of Reward: The reward can be applied when you meet year five of membership and can be used within the fifth year only. This is a one time reward. The reward cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward.

Terms and Conditions of Reward: The reward can be applied when you meet year fifteen of membership and can be used within the fifteenth year only. This is a one time reward. The reward cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward.
A free one-day virtual in-house training course for your team on a training course of your choice.
Terms and Conditions of Reward: The reward can be applied when you meet year twenty of membership and can be used within the twentieth year only. Valid for virtual training only with up to 16 delegates in attendance. This is a one time reward. The reward cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward.
Cancellation Policy
For open training sessions
You may cancel a place without charge if you inform us in writing at least 5 calendar days before the event.
The full fee is payable for any cancellations within 5 calendar days of the event including if the participant fails to attend on the day or is unable to attend the whole of the event for any reason.
Some of our events are repeated, so you may transfer a place, without charge, to an alternative date as long as you inform us in writing at least 5 calendar days beforehand. Transfers within 5 calendar days will incur a full fee for both dates. All transfers are subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, we will let you know as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
For in-house/virtual in-house training sessions
Please note, if you wish to cancel an agreed training event, this should be confirmed in writing. The following fees are payable:
Within 7 calendar days of event: Full fee
7-21 calendar days before event: 50% fee
Over 21 calendar days before event: 30% fee
If we cancel the course, a full refund will be given for any monies paid or the course can be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.
Intellectual Property
All worksheets and support materials circulated with our training courses remain copyright to HLP and must not be used outside HLP’s courses. Recording of training sessions is prohibited.
