Loyalty rewards for existing members

We value our community and believe in rewarding loyalty. As you continue your membership with Helplines Partnership, you’ll unlock exciting rewards based on your years of membership.

• 3 Years: After completing your third year of Membership enjoy one free place at the next available Helplines Partnership Annual Conference and Helpline Awards.
• 5 Years: Benefit from two free places on any Helplines Partnership open training courses of your choice.
• 10 Years: Receive a £250 voucher to use on any of our services, including open or in-house training, consultancy, conference bookings, or Helpline Standard accreditation.
• 15 Years: Receive one free place on any Helplines Partnership open training courses and one free delegate place at the Annual Conference and Helpline Awards.
• 20 Years: Take advantage of a free one-day in-house training course for your team.

Terms and Conditions of Loyalty Rewards: Members are eligible to receive their Loyalty Reward at their next designated year of membership (i.e. 3, 5, 10, 15, 20). Rewards will not be applied retroactively to years of membership already attained. The reward can be applied when you meet the designated year of membership and can be used within that year only. This is a one-time reward. The reward cannot be used with any other promotional offer or reward.
