Announcing the winners of the Helpline Awards 2024
We were delighted to announce the winners of the 2024 Helpline Awards at our Annual Conference and Helpline Awards ceremony in Birmingham.
The awards celebrate outstanding achievements in the helpline sector, recognising the unwavering commitment of individuals and organisations that support communities across the UK and internationally.
Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Crowne Plaza in Birmingham to celebrate the helpline sector and the amazing work that is being done to help those in need.
With categories for both smaller charities and larger organisations (with an income exceeding £500,000), this year’s winners reflect the care, compassion, dedication and innovation that make helplines a vital service.
The six categories were: Staff Wellbeing Support, Volunteer of the Year, Innovation and Sustainability, Employee of the Year, Lifetime Service, and Helpline of the Year.
Paula Ojok, Chief Executive of Helplines Partnership, and Debbie Enever, one of this year’s award judges, presented the awards.
Paula said: “The Helpline Awards recognise the amazing work of the sector, celebrating individuals and organisations that go above and beyond to provide support to those in need.
