Announcing our Helpline Awards shortlist

Mailchimp-Images-2024-1

Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter our 2024 Helpline Awards.

It has been a privilege to read through the incredible entries, highlighting the extraordinary dedication within the helpline sector. Whether through the tireless efforts of individuals or the invaluable contribution of volunteers, your work makes a real difference to those in need.

As part of the judging process, we forwarded all nominations to our independent judging panel. The judges were impressed by the high standard of submissions, making the task of narrowing down the shortlist a challenging one. Every entry was a testament to the outstanding support, guidance and compassion provided by helplines across the country.

This year’s Helpline Awards categories are:

  • Helpline of the Year;
