Does the work you do to help others take a toll on you or impact you in some way? If so, this 90-minute webinar will introduce the topic of Vicarious Trauma, how it differs from work-related stress and what strategies you can start to implement to reduce the risks.

Who is it for?

For anyone who doesn’t have the time or resources to attend the full day course but who hears trauma stories or who responds to service users in heightened emotional states as part of their work. Also valuable for the team leads and managers who support them.

90 minutes

10am – 11.30am typically, but can be negotiated for Inhouse courses.
