The Helplines Partnership Services team will join us to discuss the launch of the newest version of the Helplines Standard. This is a nationally recognised quality standard which defines and certifies best practice in helpline work.

They will review the latest updates and the benefits of achieving the standard. If your organisation is considering going through the process, this will be a great opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the certification.
