Introductory offer for new members

As a new member, you’ll have access to a range of benefits from the start. Our introductory offer includes:

  • one complimentary place at the next available Helplines Partnership Annual Conference and Helpline Awards;
  • one free place on an open training course (to be used within three months of membership approval); and
  • complimentary booking for you and a non-member guest at a member space event.

As a full member, you are always entitled to a 40% reward on our standard rates for:

  • Open training courses – Gain access to our specialised training courses, including CPD-accredited options, designed for helpline teams. These courses are delivered online, alongside delegates from other organisations.
  • In-house training service – Our training courses can be delivered either online or face-to-face through our in-house service, allowing you to train your entire team together with a focus on the issues most relevant to your organisation.
  • Helplines Standard accreditation – Achieve recognition for quality and best practice in helpline service, helping to strengthen your reputation with stakeholders and funders.

  • Annual Conference and Helpline Awards Ceremony
  • Advertising helpline vacancies through our bespoke e-bulletin and promotion on HLP's website.

  • 3 Years: When renewing into your third year, enjoy one free place and one half-price place at the next available Helplines Partnership Annual Conference and Helpline Awards.
  • 5 Years: Benefit from two free places on any Helplines Partnership open training courses of your choice.
  • 10 Years: Receive a £250 voucher to use on any of our services, including open or in-house training, consultancy, conference bookings, or Helpline Standard accreditation.
