Our confidential free information and advice helpline is available to anyone aged 50 or over, their family, carers or professionals by phone or email.

Our experienced Age UK Norfolk advisers can help you plan for later life on a wide range of subjects, including:

• Benefit entitlement checks
• Support in claiming benefits
• Help with grants
• Assisting you to complete forms and registration for Lasting Power of Attorney
• Social Care Assessment
• Paying for care and support
• Local clubs and groups
• Transport
• Searching for care home vacancies

From September we also have limited availability for face to face advice appointments at our head office at the Henderson centre. Please note these appointments must be pre-booked and we are unable to see anyone who drops in.
