Support for all autistic individuals and their families
The education rights helpline can provide general information about educational rights and entitlements, as well as advice on specific topics such as getting extra help in school, assessments, education plans, reviews or school transport. Can also offer advice on communicating with professionals and how to resolve any disagreements and pre-school and school education law and parents’ rights and entitlements in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Education Rights Helpline is not a crisis service. For urgent help contact your child’s school or local/education authority. Calls to 0808 80 are free from landlines and mobiles in the UK and do not appear on itemised billing.
