National helpline providing specialist information and signposting to help patients, their families and carers, make sense of the world of health and social care. The team can provide guidance on all aspects of the health and social care system, including how to make a complaint, access medical records, and change GP or dentist. The website has a range of downloadable information booklets. Please note the team are not medically trained and cannot give medical or legal advice.
