Helplines Partnership offers a range of training services to help you and your organisation deliver effective, high quality services.
We have many years of experience designing and delivering training to organisations and individuals who work and volunteer for charities, work for local authorities, public sector organisations, voluntary sector organisations and private sector clients.
We support helpline professionals, and those providing information, advice and support in non-face-to-face settings, and encourage professional practice through specialist training.
