Cass Business School, part of City University, has launched a new free leadership development programme designed specifically for senior leaders in the advice sector. Cass Business School hosts the renowned Centre for Charity Effectiveness which is the leading non-profit and philanthropy centre in the UK. The programme seeks to be a catalyst for positive change and has been specifically designed for Chief Executives, which they define as the most senior employees who are directly accountable to their boards, and senior leaders, which are those who report to Chief Executives and manage teams of staff.

The 9-month programme is free to attend, and the cost of accommodation and national travel will also be covered.
