Description of service

National helpline providing specialist information, advice and signposting to help patients, their families and carers, make sense of the world of health and social care. Live chat service also available which can be accessed online every weekday from 2pm-5pm. The team can provide guidance on all aspects of the health and social care system, including how to make a complaint, how to access medical records and how to change GP or dentist. The website has a range of downloadable information booklets. Please note the team are not medically trained and cannot give medical or legal advice.
