Confidential telephone support and information for people in Sussex coping with mental health problems, extreme distress and suicidal feelings, their carers or families and anyone needing advice or information about mental health services. Can provide practical advice about what help is available, plus emotional support and a listening ear. Can also provide details on a wide range of support and voluntary organisations, both local and national. The team can send out information various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, psychosis, stress, bipolar affective disorder, obsessive compulsive disorders, support groups, advocacy services, support groups and complaints procedures. Opening times vary for different parts of Sussex and are given below.
