The Prison Advice and Care Trust (Pact)

Description of service

Provide support to prisoners, people with convictions and families. Support people to make a fresh start and minimise the harm that can be caused by imprisonment on people who have committed offences, on families and on communities. The national helpline is a free and confidential service. Helpline volunteers offer practical and emotional support, information and advice to anyone affected by imprisonment, in a straightforward, non-judgmental way. Calls to the helpline 0808 808 3444 are free to call from mobiles and landlines in the UK. The Team can also be contacted via email on [email protected] or by filling out the online webform.
