Description of service
Provide support for sufferers of cluster headaches and their families. Support includes a helpline which is a 24-hour, 7 days a week, messaging-service. Please leave your name and telephone number, preferably a landline number, and your call will be returned as soon as possible. All calls will be returned between the hours of 10am and 2pm by one of the trained helpline team. The helpline is monitored throughout the day. If the call is of an urgent nature the Team will call as soon as possible outside of normal hours. Contact can also be made via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Further support includes regular newsletters, magazine, information leaflets, literature for those without internet access and regional meetings around the country. Website has a source of information and a contact area for those affected.
