Confidential helpline staffed by LGBT+ Practitioners who work to strong standards of confidentiality, client-protection and positive listening. The Team can offer a non-judgemental, listening ear and can signpost to other services and relevant information depending on issues presented. Can also offer further assistance through own LGBT+ specialist services such as support and advocacy and low-cost counselling. Intercom Trust works with LGBT+ individuals of all ages, their friends and family, and other professionals and organisations that aim to be more inclusive in their practice. Calls to the 0800 helpline are free from landlines and mobiles in the UK. For callers who prefer to call a direct landline, access to the same helpline phone can be made by calling 01392 201018.
