Description of service
FamilyLine is a free service available to any adult family members who manage the challenges of daily life and parenthood via telephone, text message and email. The Helpline Team can provide emotional support or practical guidance on any aspect of parenting or broader family life. Areas of support include parenting, hardship, isolation, relationship breakdown, domestic abuse, education, disability and additional needs. Longer term support can also be provided through regular sessions with befrienders and counsellors. Calls to 0808 80 numbers are free from landlines and mobiles in the UK and do not appear on itemised bills.
