Healthwatch Kent provides an advice and information service to help people across Kent access, understand and navigate the health and social care system. The service is independent of the NHS and Social Care Services. Can help with information on topics including GP registration, accessing social care, concerns about care quality, finding local services, sharing feedback and making a complaint. Calls to the 0808 80 numbers are free from landlines and mobiles in the UK.
