Description of service
Mindline is a confidential, non-judgemental and anonymous telephone counselling line, providing a safe and confidential space to talk to a counsellor. Mindline is for anyone experiencing difficulties and when it is hard to speak with family and friends. Callers can talk to a counsellor for up to 50 minutes. The Team can also signpost to further services if required. Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind provides mental health services, wellbeing and resilience services and dementia services including peer support and befriending, recovery works, Mindful Mums, mental health directory, dementia information and support, dementia support hubs, mental health employment support, advocacy (Greenwich), training and consultancy.
