We'd like to invite senior staff and helpline managers to join us in Dublin on Thursday 6 June 2019.
We listened when you told us you'd like more opportunities to discuss the various aspects of managing an effective helpline. This is a great opportunity to come together with other helpline professionals.
As one member said, these events give you the chance to take time away from your desk and give you the head space to really focus on your service.
The day will feature discussion groups, a member speaker, lunch and plenty of time for networking. You'll have the chance to share and discuss any challenges and successes that you've experienced within your organisation.
