Helpline Managers Member Event - Managing a Helpline

About the event

We'd like to invite senior staff and helpline managers to join us in Birmingham on 6 February 2019

We listened when you told us you'd like more opportunities to discuss the various aspects of managing an effective helpline. This is a great opportunity to come together with other members at this free event.

As one member said, these events give you the chance to take time away from your desk and give you the head space to really focus on your service.

The day will feature discussion groups, a member speaker, lunch and plenty of time for networking with other helpline professionals. You'll have the chance to share and discuss any challenges and successes that you've experienced within your organisation.

Please note: Due to the popularity of the London event, we are initially limiting places to one per helpline however, other staff/volunteers can go on a waiting list. We will send a separate email to confirm whether you definitely have the place or are on the waiting list.

Please note: Helplines Partnership offers a variety of workshops and events, many of which are free to attend.
