Helpline Awards 2019 Shortlist Announced

We are pleased to announced 18 organisations have been shortlisted across England, Scotland and Wales in this year’s Helplines Partnership Awards.

They are in the running to win:

  • Helpline of the Year
  • Helpline Employee of the Year
  • Helpline Volunteer of the Year

The high number of nominations was reduced to a shortlist by a panel of four independent judges.

The winners of each of the three award categories will be announced at this year’s Annual Helplines Partnership Conference and Awards on 6 November in Birmingham.
