What do you enjoy most about your role?
Working alongside a proactive Head of Membership and HLP Team; trying to make sure our members have a good experience and feel heard; meeting actual members face to face on the reception desk at the Annual Conference and making them feel welcome on the day; being able to work from home.

How would you like to make a difference?
Publicising helplines – making sure they appear in the public arena for people to find when they really need them; ie flagging them for sharing on Twitter and Find a Helpline.
